1. WHERE TO PAY?

a. Through Authorized Agents & Brokers. You can ask the services of our authorized licensed agents to collect the premium payment and remit the same to PhilCharter. You may verify with PhilCharter or ask for Identification of the said agent for security purposes.
b. Through our Utility Payment. You can pay at any Metrobank branches nationwide

  i. Use the Utility Payment Form
ii. Indicate the name of insured, corresponding policy number and amount to be paid
iii. No account number required. Just indicate the name of the company as Phil. Charter Insurance Corporation.

c. Go to PhilCharter Branch Near You. We have 15 branches nationwide located strategically in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao
d. Through Metrobank Credit Card. Simply enroll your credit card for Auto Debit Facility for your convenience.

2. HOW FAST DO I GET MY POLICY?

Generally, qualified applications for insurance coverage shall be released within 24 hour from approval. In most cases, policies can be released on the same day.

For Fire Insurance Coverage, the issuance of policy shall commence upon inspection/evaluation of property to be insured.

3. WHAT PROPERTIES CAN BE COVERED FOR INSURANCE?

Properties that have legal interest on the side of the owner. Rightful owners can insure cars, buildings including residential properties and contents. Even properties in transit such as cargos- in land, air and water conveyance- can be insured.

4. HOW LONG IS THE COVERAGE OF INSURANCE?

Insurance "in general" is on a per year basis, renewable each year. The premium payment shall vary on the coverage and amount to be insured. The amount of insurance is dependent on the advise of the client.
