Basic Plan

1. Property Damage Insurance
   Covers your property agains damage caused by fire and lightning

2. Personal Accident
   Covers you agains accidental death and disablement.

3. Third Party Liability
   Protects you andyour hosehold members against accidental bodily injury or propety damage caused to any third party/ies.

4. Fire fighting Expense and Debris Removal
   Up to Php 10,000 reimbursement of costs incured to minimize fire damage and up to Php 10,000 reimbursement of cleaning costs after a fire and other insured peril/s.

5. Rental Expense
   Covers up to Php 60,000(Php 10,000/month) reimbursement costs for occupants temporary displacement brought about by loss or damage to property caused by inured peril/s

6. Rental Income
   Covers up to Php 60,000(Php 10,000/month) for loss of income if you are the landlord and there is an existing lease contract on the unit and the same becomes uninhabitable due to damage brought about by the insured peril/s.

7. Additional Coverage
   Parking slot damages, deterioration of stocks and accidental breakage of fixe mirrors.

   Protects you agains loss of property.

4. Household Helper Coverage
   Protects the welfare and property of household helpers.
