4. Debris Removal Compensation is a value-added benefit that responds to the additional expenses of clearing out debris in the event that the insured property is damaged by any of the causes mentioned in the Property Insurance.
5. Architect & Surveyor’s Fee is a feature of this product that will definitely come in handy when the Insured decides to renovate or reconstruct the insured property when it is damaged by any of the causes mentioned in the Property Insurance.  It will respond to the additional expenses of hiring an architect and/or surveyor to renovate or reconstruct the damaged insured property.
